Anyone else scamed by Southview loans?
Said we were approved bit needed $1830.00 for a secured loan and that money would be ppliaed to principle. Then said lender required another $1830.00 and we would own our money within 24 hours. The subsequent day be called and said lender back out but could get a brand new lender which would require another $1830.00. When asked to give money final said would get it on March 13, 2007. we are contained by so much distress due to thisLittle hope we will ever see that money
Anyone know of a mortgage lender who will loan to relatives next to doomed to failure credit?
I had cancer a few years ago and spent 2 years war to get SS Disability. Things are better financially presently but my credit has some delinquent medical bills on it and my win is in the low 500's. I am working on rising my credit and will continue to do so. We would resembling to buy a home and understand the hurry of a good credit gain. Does anyone have any thinking on a lender that could possibly help us. Thank you so much!! :)

Where can I find a loan with poor credit rating? I hold a loan with a lender, but, it's at such a high-ranking interest rate and need to obtain my payments cut. Banks don't want to talk to me and I don't want a payday loan. (No Nigerian lenders, please). I've tried Prosper (have a current listing), but no bites, even so. I'm already working 2 jobs and do not want to folder for bankruptcy. Divorce have put me in dire straits. Is at hand ANYONE out there that can backing?

Can auto lenders hold medical collections against you on a saloon loan?
I thought medical couldn't hurt loans on autos. Is there a decree that states you cannot be denied a auto loan because of medical? The loan is from the Honda dealer's private lender.

I was employed near a company as an underwriter where I would dance to a brokers office and approve their loans. When I be working with this broker, they driven me and allowed me to submit loans to them as a loan officer. Now two years later one of my loans come back as a buyback for foreclosure and the lender discovered fraud, which be clearly proven that i had nil to do with.But, because I be the originator and underwriter they said I have to pay envelope for the loan cost involved. because they allowed this to happen they own threatened to contact the lender that is asking them to recompense the loan back, to agree to them know they made a mistake and allowed me to originate and underwrite, they conjecture the lender will come after me ( i am no longer employed with them), but i believe this lender will folder a suit against them and shut them down with dre. can i be sued for originate and underwriting when they allowed it and what can develop to me with the company that i no longer work for?
Can you regulation mortgage lender if you are without a job?
I have be registered disabled since 2001 my husband is my full time carer, we recieve the normal regular benefits. The mortgage we own was a fixed rate, concluding year this expired. Would we be able to do anything around it as the rates are now lower than when we took the mortgage out.
Canadian Loan Scams?
Just so everyone is aware.. "ADVANCED LOAN FEES IN CANADA ARE ILLEGAL" no real lender will ask for an advanced loan levy of any kind.And the big kicker is.. the company that I researched that be trying to scam me.. their ip address is located out of arizona, usa..DOES ANYONE KNOW IF PEOPLE ARE ABLE TO BUY CANANDIAN PHONE #'s, especially when their addressis in the USA? HOW THE HECK IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Credit Debt "written sour, and sold to lender, Then remunerated, Do I owe anything?
I had a credit Card and consequently It was sold to a collection agency. I terminated up paying then surrounded by full. Months Later I checked my credit score and it said that the money be still owed in the Credit Card, and they have the same card on twice so it showed I owed double. It also states that I remunerated the collection agency the same amount owed. So I disputed the report. I get an update and I do not understand what it anticipate. It says that I be "written off" the amount owed on one of the credit cards and the other " written off" O. It also says it be sold to a lender. Then the lender now say originally "the name if my credit card". SO what does it be going to. Will that Credit Card ever say "paid" and except can I the people who check my credit connect the two? Do I still owe money? Sorry for the long message. Thank you in credit.

How is that lenders can access my credit profile without my consent? I know that this happens as I received a missive from a lender stating exactly what I owed on my mortgage and what my total credit card debt was.
Credit inquiries..?
on one my credit reports there hold 9 inquiries looking at my credit history, some are widely spaced (by time) and some are not(been looking for a good lender to buy a home) and according to the report these will stay on my report up to a time of 2 years,does that hurt my credit rating any?
