we applied for a loan today and my credit score is 719 will i be penalize for this? the bank said no fee's for 720 and above ! 1 point and we will enjoy to pay another 1000? seem like no problem
Your credit score is a accurate number and you should have no problems, obviously eahc lender has different criteria so shopping around for the best buy and sell is what should be your priority now.

Answers:    719 is borderline between virtuous and very moral credit.
It is probably in the top 20% of credit score.
Just relax and see what they say. It may be possible to increase your evaluation within 30 days but you enjoy to be careful on how you do it. Decreasing the harmonize on one credit card, or paying off one side may do it (but don't close that account).

It may be that you applied for credit recently or something is showing that you compensated on in the end month or so and hasn't posted.

I would go over it string by line beside the bank, ask for an appointment to review it beside them.

They recently changed some of the criteria for FICO score. 719 is good.I'd phone call them up or shop around for what you need. Just name the mortgage co and discuss the issue.
