I had an matured debt that's about 4 yrs aged. I gave an attorney bureau access to draft money from my checking account for the previous three months to repay this debt. They said they would settle for partially of the payment instead of collecting adjectives money. I received in writing from the attorney they received my pocket money on this debt on nothing more. Everything was agreed upon in words over the telephone and witnessed by two of the representative within at the law firm as I spoke beside both of them and agreed to the terms of paying off the money by bank draft from my tale and my last allowance will be in March 2008. I am afraid once the final clearance is made will they continue to draft money from my sketch since they have my checking justification information?
