Had a very desperate experience with HSBC card. Used it for an internet purchase; be declined. Amount reflect on bill, but eventually deducted. Case winnable but not worth hard work, according to lawyer. Better experience near Citibank. If you have fitting record ( volume+value), Citibank agrees waiver on dues.

HSBC waive annual fees once in a while. And their credit collection officer are polite. Dont use citibank, they scare you past its sell-by date if you have a symmetry of only P1,000, even referring it to their imperative offices as if you owe them a million.

You can also try AIG since they charge individual 2.2% on financing.
