I have 3 choices (but will consider others too) PAYPAL, EBAY or CAPITAL ONE. I single have have one credit card for the last 2 years and it's from a credit league bank. I would similar to to get a up to date one especially now that i plan to shop online for motor accesories. I shop on ebay alot and don't know if i should either bring back a ebay card or a paypal (what's the difference, also i have a paypal narrative already with my existing card) I also hear that Capital One is a good card to hold because it let's you choose your own interest rates too. I don't know which is better... Help
