near ebay u dont have to enjoy pay companion but if u want to get a credit card that u individual put so much on u go to the gas station they can go and get u started buy telling them u want so much on it afterwards u have to linger for it to come in the messages then u can bring whatever u bought on queue such as ebay.i usually go near money order not salary as u go.but is up to u but close to i said u dont have to enjoy pay mate with ebay.back u win u might want to ask them if u can send a money charge instead of using pay mate
