About 8 years ago when I just turned 18, credit card company offer started coming in the messages everyday and I know there is no excuse But, I acceptable opening a Visa credit card b/c i come from a poor up bringing and felt resembling this would be a good spinal column up if i ever needed it. Well, i went crazy maxed that card and open 3 department store cards too (maxed those as well).I did this all surrounded by about 1 year. I be way surrounded by over my head. I never remunerated off these debts and I'm sitting on deliquency of around $3,000 dollars from 8 years ago. I was served papers for it too (I be being sued) that be 2 years ago. Where do i begin to return with this taken care ? who do I contact to find out what I owe and bring this payed off. They hold stopped sending me delinquency letters ??

Contact the credit card companies and work out a payment plan near them. Some may even settle for less than you owe. Believe me, right very soon most of them are just pleased to get some sensitive of payment. You're going to own to make hulking payments...making small ones will just salary the interest and not the principle. I learned indistinguishable lesson you did..I wish I have all the money I salaried to the credit card companies back. I would be rich.
