I want to get a student credit card, one near a smaller limit, lately to be able to build credit so I won't own issues buying my new sports car once my lease is up next year, as capably as with other things, such as cell phones, houses, etc. What would be a polite place to apply for a card that doesn't require good, or any, credit?

I looked around for you, and I've found a site beside a few offers for credit cards that don't require credit (or even employment verification). I added the contact to the source, so try checking there lower than the "Credit Builders" section - those things look resembling they might help you build up some credit. Hope that help
