Well a couple of months ago me and my sister got a credit card together on a same account (BIG MASTAKE). what does she do. she she buys so much crap she cant pay packet for and since she has bad credit as expected they come to me to get the payment payed and their unsettled fees. and im tried of getting phone calls of creditoirs, and the credit card company that what their money. and when I ask her for the money she says subsequent week. So i dont want bad credit becouse of her.

CANCEL THE CARD. 2nd, is to get her to help you foot off the debt, but if it is not to big of a balance next pay it yourself, and never do that again. Never cosign for anything, for anyone, because they screw you in the expiration, and your credit life will be all screwed up for 7 long yrs.You can other take her to small claims court, but it might take you sometime previously you get anywhere, and it doesn't mean she will take-home pay you, because there is no enforcement that she has to income the ruling.

Take it out contained by trade.

I work for a Bankruptcy Attorney. Cancel the card, make some mode of payment even if it is 5.oo and don't sign up for ANY MORE cards no matter how desperate you want something. Cards are the worst thing to have. They can mess your intact life up. I don't know how old you are but you inevitability to realize the cards will really mess up your credit & then you will have to record bankruptcy. You will have a heck of a time trying to purchase a home, sports car or anything. Chaulk it up as experience, pay off the bill ASAP cuz the nouns charges will rob you & then collect from your sister as you can. Or return the things your sister bought, or hide them somewhere until she can retribution her share. Good luck and keep peace with your sister.

first off, end the card. She wont be able to add to the bill. I know it sucks cuz its her debt, but to salvage yourself, you need to bring the balance to 0$

If you dont want to overthrow it completely, your only other option is to catch the balance to 0$ then thieve your name off the card. They wont tolerate you do it unless the balance is 0$

Have you canceled the card? That is the first step. The second step is to pay the bills to protect your own credit rating. The third step is is to document the purchases and payments made by each of you. You could run here to small claims court but if she is a deadbeat, you will only get an noncollectable ruling at best.

This is the stuff that TV court loves. You might consider sending your case to one of the programs. You will both be paid for your appearance and the vanquisher will be paid out of a fund.

Consider it a lesson learned and never again co-sign next to anybody.
