I was on here just browsing some of the question & answers. What is up with the people answering the question about people need money real bad or they'd cart a loan shark, etc... There are people answering that they are private lenders and they will finance anyone beside like 3% or 5% interest, etc... I hope that no one took them up on it and e-mailed these nation. It sounds like a scam to me. Someone trying to get their information. What do you surmise and have you seen matching thing on here?

I have not see it, but completely agree with you. I hope no one falls for this. If it be legit, we wold ALL be refinancing our houses, paying off credit cards, etc.
As the saying go...If it sounds too good to be true, it is.
