I was in a petrol station a couple of weeks ago and while satisfying up a member of staff came up to me and said would i be interested contained by a card which gives you a discount of fuel, with the prices as they are i thought why not so i give him my details but i asked him if it was a credit card which i did not want and he said no, but the other day i get a letter from them saying that my application for a credit card have been declined so i phoned them and explained the above and they said they would phone me posterior and they still not phoned me, my point is that i dont want the fact that they searched me on my credit profile as it affects your credit rating what can i do about it.

theres really nothing u can do it be the clerk that didnt know what they were doing and gave u invalid information u should of have to sign something to allow ur approval i would go back to the gas station and ask for an application form and or consult to the manager Nothing. You surely had to sign something, and whenever your signed it, you should have read what you be signing. If you didn't sign anything, write the credit bureau and tell them that you never applied for a credit card at that gas station, and that you want the inquiry removed from your report.

Nothing you can do in my opinion. It shouldn't hurt your win badly, good luck. I have hear about this happening to populace at the airport. It the banks getting ruthless outside companies to get ethnic group to sign up for cards. Find out which bank it was and run to them.

You will probably enjoy the receipt or a good notion of the time you were at the petrol station. Go back as soon as you can and speak about them you want to see the CCTV of that time, then tell them you be conned as you were. I think the police might even be interested as you would not own been the only one involved. Put it this bearing if you hadn't paid the police would be with you back now, stand up for yourself on this one as they have deeply of information on you. Go for them. Good luck.
