Contact the judgement company and discuss it near them or what ever credit card or person who have it on you
On your credit report, there should be the cross address and phone number of the agency that put it on there. When you hold adequate proof that it's not supposed to be near, submit that paper to the credit bureau to enjoy put into your file.
You should be slickly able to track down a official judgment against yourself. It's difficult to believe that one occurred minus your knowledge, but it DOES come about now and next.
Ask the credit bureau for verification of the sentence if you think it is incorrect. If they provide validation, perhaps you be wrong about it ?
