What age do u own to be to bring a debit card?
i am fifteen and i just get my first job and we go to the bank to see something like getting an account started and they said not simply does it cost $50 to start an account but i hold top be eighteen to get a debit card and checks how stupid is that. is it resembling this everywhere?

I open a savings tale for my son. He cannot get a debit card until he is 18. He too is working his first available job and learning how to touch his money. I think it would be a doomed to failure idea for him to own a debit card at this point.

Answers: I do not see why you have to be 18 to own one. As long as you are old ample to have a valid state ID. You should be ancient enough to enjoy a debit card.

You have to be 18 to go and get checks because your signature is not legally binding until you are 18, so signing a check past you are 18 means nought!
