Contact any Independent mortgage broker and explain that you are surrounded by an IVA and they should be able to facilitate. If you are unsure which one to contact call 0800 088 7503 and explain your circumstances or call on http://www.myiva-adviser.com and they can put you through to someone with no must.

mind your Ps and Qs,some iva's stipulate that you have to lift up whatever equity you hold in your home to clear off the remainder of the debts owing,this is usually done contained by the fourth year of the iva,check with your iva provider up to that time getting your mortgage if this would be done..good luck
