I wrote a check for 600.00 on a closed bank rationalization, Wal-Mart uses Telecheck now, so I cant bring prosecuted can I ? Don't I just own to mail the money to them?? So unsophisticatedly someone explain the process of TeleCheck to me, Wal Mart gives you your check hindmost , then they construct you sign a receipt. Thanx!~!~!~!~!

It is in reality a crime to write a bad check - yes it can sometimes bring back through Tele-check but if Wal-mart does decide to press charges you hold no defense. You obviously know the account be closed.

If you travel to pay for your purchases and the check is "bad", when they run it through telecheck, the apparatus will spit it back and they'll articulate "Sorry, we cant accept this check" and you'll stand at hand like an idiot while populace behind you queue talk discouraging about you.

Answers: Yes, you are guilty of fraud because you purposely wrote a check on a closed bank story.
