1. Do you hold to be 18 + to get a Visa Gift Card?

2. Do you have need of a bank article to get a Visa Gift Card?

A visa payment card is only a "contribution Card" some one has to put money on it and unlike a regualr offering card to one store it can be used anywere. You don't have to be 18 to hold one. Once the money is gone you must put more money back on.

if you move out the money sit on the card for a certain amount of time a few months they give somebody a lift $2.50 off respectively month it goes unused.

You can buy these via bequest cards at most Mall Customer service desks. You don't need an ID. There is a Fee you must foot to put the money on like $2.00 to motivate.

i dont think you own to be 18 or older and you dont own a bank story you just purchase the card and payment for the amount you want on the gift card
