VISA Check Cards are Definately better. They both take the money directly out of your side, but a VISA check card can be used at stores(including online) and at the ATM machine. In my bank's baggage a VISA debit card can only be used at the ATM machines. You will be more apt to run into confines on how much you can spend with a debit card but beside a Visa check card, the limits for not using your pin number is usually greater.
