I found unwanted charges from "sendyourfiles.com" on my Visa bill. When I emailed them they sent me a p/w. The Website offers no cancellation way out or "unsubscribe" which I think is illegal. How can I attain the charges and service cancelled, otherwise I will be billed into next year?

Answers:    Just call visa and dispute the charges. You should also request your free credit reports from annualcreditreport.com for adjectives 3 free reports or call them toll free (a) -1-877-322-8228.
Did you unknowingly sign up for something? If not, dispute the charge through your credit card issuer. Call your Visa card immediately. They will give you a interim credit until they investigate. Usually they don't put the charges back on. They mostly will investigate who that merchant is that is doing this. I have all kinds of charges on my phone bill and AT&T give me credits for all those charges.
If you signed up for the service, you are responsible for the charges until you cancel. There is no directive that says they have to gross it easy to cancel. Send a snail correspondence letter, email and make a phone hail as. Keep copies of the letters and notes on the date, time and entitle on any phone calls. Then you have grounds to dispute the charges after that date next to your card company. First you should know how to dispute this with your credit card company and say it is fraud if you didn't authorize this charge.
Put in place a dispute near the credit card company. Tell them your story and they will do everything to get the charges taken off. I know this as I enjoy had to do this before.
