My credit card company said I have one report against me to the Credit Bureau---what happen to me now?? I sent surrounded by my payment, it go to the wrong address, I was on leave, so by the time I got rear legs, I had have that late return, plus my next one. I sent them both at like peas in a pod time, and the first was considered unsettled. So they reported it to the bureau...what happens to me in a minute?? I'm just worried I won't be able to buy anything big surrounded by the near adjectives. I pay means of access over my minimum balance and when I return with out of school I plan to discharge the entire thing sour in a few months. Please sustain, I guess I should've read about the credit bureau in the past getting my card in the first place...

Everything that you buy on credit or when to open out the account you inevitability to provide your social security number to do a credit check (not one and only credit card but even the utility bills or cell phone)gets reported to the credit bureau. If you have a report against you that funds they reported a late (over 30 days) donation. I know that you do not like to hear this but if you own a late transmittal over 30 days, that gets reported and affects your credit evaluation. If you only hold one payment over 30 days it's not that doomed to failure though. Your credit score number get lowered and the lower the number the higher the interest rate when you apply for credit within the future and if you own missed payments with a stencil of late (30 days or worst, 60 days) payments you might not know how to obtain job in correct fields or rent an apartment not to mention obtain credit... Advice is be as conservative as you can from now on. It is not relevant to wages more than the minimum required amount on a credit card or other loan, so do not think that this oblige in any means of access. What is important is to transport the payments religiously before the due date ( correspondence it at least 5 days surrounded by advance) or pay by phone or Inet and if it happen that you passed the due date, as long as it is before they issue a exotic statement, and is under 30 days, pay envelope it even though with penalty. Hope this explanation helps you.

One behind time payment isn't going to assassinate your credit rating, but how much it affects your credit rating depends on how much established credit you have. -- The smaller quantity time it has be established, the larger the impact.

But step back for a second... if this is your lone late costs, and you follow it up by more than 6 months of on time payments... the impact will not be adjectives that significant. The credit score is designed to separate the occasional error from the consistent miscreants, so if you've be good for a long long time, and your card isn't maxxed, you shouldn't be overly artificial.
Don't worry almost it. someone with ideal credit and pays everything on time could be worse later bad credit. looks to verbs you don't want that. one late return wont efect you. so chill relax and have a honest day
No Need to verbs at all. That'll filch little or no points off at adjectives. I think you hold a right to dispute that by sending in the dispute form that come with your credit report. Sometimes these companies hope you are unsettled by tacking on extra interest and tardy payment fees. They will try to take away with as much money as possible. Read your ammended user agreement. They similar to to make everything nouns so good surrounded by the beginning and next after a few months they send you a contention of changes to your portrayal in their favor. This will not effect any chief problems with taking out big loans surrounded by the future. Watch out for prepayment penalty on purchasing cars.
