You're entitled to a free credit report from respectively if you claim that you think you're a casualty of fraud. Get your reports, go through them within detail, report any false claims, and get them to fix it or delete them. Then loaf a month or two, and do it all again. Eventually you should know how to get it cleaned up. [I be the victim of over $20K surrounded by identify theft, and eventually - thank god - get it all stale.]
Good luck!
