when i call experian, they say that i call for some personal identification number to remove the freeze that they gave me when i put the wellbeing freeze.. but i didnt put the freeze on in the first place, so i dont have any number.. my press how do i remove the freeze and who put it on in the first place.. please help?!

They must've sent you a memo regarding it. Here's the website to unfreeze it only if you hold the letter.
