I payed a deposit on a house in Spain next to a spanish company (ran by English persons). The bank evaluation didn't turn through, and since then I hold been waiting for them to return my deposit. It's be almost a year now! Are within an equivalent to the small claims court in Spain? What else can I do to pocket legal doings to get my deposit spinal column without spending a fortune?
