Some letters told me that i enjoy won US$400,000...can i purloin it as true?



Its just another cyber scam.
Sure - unless they are asking you for money up front to transfer your winnings next it is just a scam. They are looking for your self and banking info to verbs cash out minus your approval.

Answers:    did you enter something in decree to win $400k? Is Ed McMahan on the front?
It is a scam.

Lottery scam and offers to loan you money at low interest rates are the most up-to-date scam.

Delete the mail. If you try to collect, they will ask you to dispatch them a fee and you will be out that money and never see a dime of lottery winnings.

Sorry, these are usually scams. This type of e-mail scam usually is to steel your money, identity and anything else they can. Protect yourself do not give them money or any personal information. Report the scam, or throw the e-mail into the shredder.
