I called them and they give the impression of being to think even tho they are at blemish by giving me this money i have to remuneration it back. Do i lawfully have to wage them back? Thanks

no

Answers:    If the money be sent to you in error, it is not your money. Since your signature is on the check, you can't argue that you never get it. Technically, you owe it back.

If the amount be smaller, they might decide that it's not worth the challenge to try to recover the money from you. But the amount is probably significant plenty for them to make the try. You must decide if refuse to pay is worth anything pain they'll put you to.
Yes,you hold to pay it posterior. But you didn't sign a loan contract,so think of it as a free loan, they shouldn't apply interest.Pay it put money on slowly.
I don't think it make sense to spend money that you know doesn't belong to you. I know there own instances like this surrounded by the US and the person who get the money in error and spent it be found to be at fault.
