If you are shopping online, let say on eBay, and it say PayPal is accepted for transfer of funds and you can use Visa cards for that PayPal, does that mean that you can use a Visa bequest card and use PayPal to pay next to that card?? I have a Visa grant card, and I'm wondering if I can use PayPal to buy things online with that contribution card. Yes you can use VISA gift card also.
