I rented a one bedroom apartment and later signed a lease for a two
bedroom apartment previously the previous lease was over. The apartment
executive conscented to the move.When my second lease was over and I chose to
move out the official claimed I owed about $4500 contained by rent from the first
apartment, and i now hold the item on my credit record.Things seize worse,
i mailed adjectives the documentation to the three major credit bureax, to
dispute the claim and call Experian to find out if they had my recieved
my documents. i be offered a $260 credit repair program, which i chose
to consider as a last route. Now i have renewed threats from the
collector,( who must hold got my address from the guy, after he call me
twice to sell me twice to provide me the program) at Experian, supposedly to
pressure me into the program.
is there a consumer advocacy institute that can help, or should i run this (the rental apartment) to court?

Call information and see if near is a number for the landlord/tenant hotline - you could really use advice from someone who know about this stuff. We hold one in our nouns but I'm not sure if it's everywhere

I smell fraud. First thing is be that 1 BR re-rented after you left? If they be collecting from another tenant they cannot press you for it as well. first of adjectives i believed that was a crock of shyt! i used to be an apt supervisor! if you had owed $4500.00 why be you able to rent or lease the place..not no passageway.. they scammed you! first of all, you moved out of the place and they agreed to it, how surrounded by the hell do you owe and able to lease somewhere..impossible!
