Relationships and debt? We plan on a long engagement. We are moving in together contained

We plan on a long engagement. We are moving in together contained by the next few months. He would close to to combined our debt and get started on paying it bad to raise our FICO score. Is it possbile to have separate FICO score after marriage? Am I going to own his credit score? What happen??
I believe you can hold separate FICO scores but any debt you both sign for will show up on both of your reports. Personally I believe you can set up 3 accounts. One for respectively of you to have for your own personal wishes and wants, and the third for the adjectives needs that you both share, home. Many will not agree beside me because in an just right world one account should suffice. But it have worked for my wife and me. Of course do what's best for u.
i insist on you not to combine your debt, even if you odnt end up near his score.

Just repay off your won debt that path you have controll over it

Answers:    I cannot say this loudly adequate (especially on a computer) DO NOT DO THAT! You will surely regret it. I didn't combine our accounts for three years after our marriage, when we bought our house. Share the expenses,(split 50/50 if you can) repay off the bills you respectively accrued on your own and you'll build your credit rack up just fine. His score were average and mine be high when we met. Now we are both over 800.
your FICO scores remain separate after wedding, you wont have the exact same chalk up but one's actions may afterwards affect the other's score. How is this combining going to be done? Be amazingly careful mixing your finances when you are not even so married. If things dont work out, it could get sticky as to who owes how much to whom and who get stuck with which bill. If you are polite with money, it is surrounded by your best interest to pay your own bills and build your own win. If you have a low evaluation now and this is going to give support to you, then travel ahead. But if you are paying your bills on time very soon and have a wearing clothes score on your own, you own nothing to gain by mixing your finances next to a boyfriend's.
