"Sufficient Utilization of your credit..."? So I tried applying for a personal loan through Bank of America

So I tried applying for a personal loan through Bank of America to consolidate my credit card debt. I got denied and basically got the message in the correspondence.

It states that they cannot approve my request because I have "sufficient utilization of your credit."

What does that exactly show? I'm able to feel my credit fine, so I don't need this loan? I want a loan so I can only just pay one bill instead of 10+. Hmm. Should I give the name and ask them to reconsider?
It means your credit stripe is fully utilized and they can't extend more. I found out B of A was charging my Granddaughter 30% on her credit card so I compensated it off and closed the explanation. I would not do business with B of A

Answers:    it may own to do with the foundation for the loan in which you stated on your application.personal loans are the most difficult to return with. you may need to come up beside a better reason for this loan It probably mechanism they already own some of your debt and don't want to give you a better rate on what you owe them. Try a different ridge.
