COuld someone explain how i can purchase this product, and if it be a scam, would i lose money if i compensated online near visa thorugh paypal? (Assuming paypal have no proteciton surrounded by this scenerio)

If you hold a bleak opinion --- RUN!!

Internet scam are everwhere and you should trust your gut. Never ever use your debit card on stripe even if your guard claims your protected --- you will draw from your money pay for but usually not right away. Credit card is safer. As for pay-pal.. I know my nephew have some issues beside them resolving a fraud issue.
