I just recived a pre-approved offer surrounded by the mail for the Chase BP Visa. It said to visit gasbackrewards.com and apply and I would be approved. Do these pre-approved applications that come surrounded by the mail really mean you will automatically be approved?
NO IT DOESNT MEAN THAT YOU ARE APPPROVED AND IF YOU HAVE TO SEND THEM MONEY FIRST, DONT DO IT.

I constantly get offer in the mail from possessions one and everytime i send it back they convey me a letter of rejection insult to injury
so what do they do they continue to distribute offers
Sorry, but no. "Pre-approved" just resources that your record passed their initial screening. If you read the fine print you'll see that they reserve the right to offer you a card on different expressions than advertised or no card at all. If you apply for the tender, they will do a full inquiry of your records, and this will show up on your credit report as a request for credit on your part.

It's esteemed to evaluate what they're actually offering and compare it to other actual offers (as anti advertisements) you may have received. You always should read and know the fine print. See Sources for a great guide for that.
It merely means you met one or more of their criteria to be given the offer, it does not indicate they have checked your credit for approval. Its sorta like prewashing dishes. They aren't verbs, they are just ready to be wash for real. Don't apply for a credit card if you dont think you will be approved, it will hurt your credit rating. Start near one card and use it for the purchases you would normally make, and wages it off on time respectively month to build up your credit so one day you can buy a home. Don't spend to the limit. Don't spend more than you can take-home pay off in a little frame. Don't collect cards. If an offer comes for a lower interest rate, call your current card and ask them to game the rate or cancel the card, and get the better card. Just be smart, you don't involve the stuff you want so bad that you can afford to suffer the longrun consequence of credit card debt.
Only if your credit rating is not that low. The minimum is like $300.00
My advice to you is throw it away unless you plan on building your credit and that is to say the only way I would help yourself to out a credit card.
