PLUS Loan but no credit? I would like to pinch out a PLUS loan but my mother

I would like to pinch out a PLUS loan but my mother doesn't have any credit, whatsoever. Is it possible for me to still be eligible for a PLUS loan if my mother doesn't hold any credit? Do anyone know about that or hold anyone experience getting a PLUS loan with no credit? Thanks!
