I don't get this. Apparently they're trying to break paypal's policy, but.. should I or should I not establish from them? I really don't know. If I should, what do I do!? What do they mean by rationalization balance?!

Answers:    There is a contact to add funds. You can supply in different ways but you can also attach a credit or debit (with credit logo) card to your vindication and it will pull funds from that card first.
Or you can relation a bank side for it to draw funds from.
