Check the auction site's FAQ page. They may contribute a way to facilitate you. People who sell on these sites agree to provide the items by a constant time and should be reported if they don't. The site most likely can give support to you get your money wager on. I'd also contact the seller and see what's going on. He might enjoy sent it and it got lost or he forgot.
