so i started using paypal and purchase stuff online everything was going fine

but lately for last couple months everytime i purchase something it say-so my paypal account don't enjoy enough money and i know i enjoy more then plenty in in attendance to purchase the item.

I even checked my account set off it even said in nearby how much money i have so i know it plenty.

so my question what happend to my paypal tale? why is it everytime i buy something it say i dont own enough so i hold to add a credit card?
