PAYPAL FRAUD call for HELP QUCK? i bought 2 phones from this guy and paid near paypal since

i bought 2 phones from this guy and paid near paypal since i had money within myu account paypal took money from that and after took the remaining balance from my credit card, when i recieved the phones i saw that one didnt work and the other give no servive and above all they be fake i tried contacting the street trader but no answer so i then i opned a dispute and the trader instantly escalated it to claim then a couple hours then paypal said they cannot give me repayment since i did recieve something so i then call my credit card company to get a compensation and they refunded me what ever be taken out of the cc but whatever be in the paypal sketch the seller still have and plus the cc compnay said i must send both phones backbone what should i do to get the paypal money vertebrae and please jus answer question no spam

I think the object was the path you put it, I mean if you received these two phones and they weren't working your claim should be for item NOT AS DESCRIBED, and you own to explaim to Paypal that with proof of the auction that they stated that the phones be in well-mannered working condition, also Paypal might request from you a Police report to be faxed to them,

Sorry to hear that. You hold the chance of getting compensation. Call first your bank and explain the situation within detail and tell them you own received the product you purchased but its not working. Take few pictures and pilfer it to your bank.
Then phone call Paypal and explain exactly what happen and they will ask for proof. You get the pictures to prove it and you will be refunded your fee's into your paypal depiction.

Dont worry, of late make sure subsequent time when you buy something get the paypal guarantee coverage.

Sad to say but you won't achieve your Paypal money back. I've hear too many horror stories something like Paypal and ripoffs to use it. Someone stole my friends credit card number and opened a paypal reason - she got a complete credit from her credit card company but paypal wouldn't repeal the account - she, as you would expect, changed her credit card account numbers so the paypal article wasn't worth anything, but paypal themselves couldn't have care less.
