I rendered WEB DESIGN TUTORING over net FOR MONEY where the client compensated money through paypal using credit card.

And after 2 months i got a charge back. A nd how to argue this?

I dont have funds in my paypal side. So how would paypal collects money?

If i fail to do so. what would be the result?

please help me out.

All creditors must travel through a collection agency or court. However, I doubt PayPal will be going to court over this. However, they will probably discontinue your usage and send your account to collections which could affect your credit.

Ok, this is my specialty. The cardholder have dispute rights because they used the credit card. I hate to say it, but they will more than credible win the dispute, but there are steps you can take to keep yourself. Paypal will be sending you the documentation that explains why the cardholder is disputing. Make sure to document every attempt the cardholder made to rectify this dispute directly with you. They are required to do it. Unfortunately, Paypal will collect the funds from you no matter what. You agreed to it within your contract with them. They will overdraw your account and you will hold to pay it. There is no way to get hold of out of that. My advice to you is to fight the dispute. Do not sit on the paperwork. It is extremely time sensitive. Call your Paypal rep and fax or email to them any documentation you hold. Make sure you understand the reason for the dispute. Ask lots of question as to how you can defend yourself. And remember, just because you do not hold the money to return, it does not mean the cardholder has to guzzle the loss. The money from a credit card transaction is not truly yours for six months. The cardholder has more rights available to them that you, the merchant.

i gave up paypal after 3 cases of charge spinal column. i used moneybookers afterthat and i don't have problem since then. They don't practice charge rear!
