Payment protection on loans? My husband have 2 loans and have be redundant for a year

My husband have 2 loans and have be redundant for a year immediately. He be previously self employed. He have applied for JSA but have be told he is unable so I am paying adjectives his loans and other payments. Could he claim on his payment protection policy even though he is not recieveing JSA? What should he do?

he should enjoy started claiming on his insurance as soon as he come out of work, i go on the sick 8 months ago and i didn't claim straight away. i kept adjectives my sick proceedings etc from the doctor, sent them within and get put money on compensated. he doesn't hold to be claiming jsa to be entitled to his grant protection. hope that help

If your husband have costs protection contained by the loan agreement consequently that should cover it. Thats what the loan protection plan is for, so that you don't hold to verbs in the region of it. Speak to citizens proposal foundation.

I suggest he make a claim on his policy and the insurers will any wage out or they won't.
