OSI "took over" my credit card debt from citi bank. they be helpful and cooperative and i thought zilch of it because citi bank have notified me they would be sending me to collections. however it have been in the region of two weeks now since i compensated off OSI and I enjoy heard some fruitless things about them scamming empire. I was supposed to catch a letter verify that I paid sour my debt, and I haven't received it yet. Should I be worried? Is it adjectives a scam or is OSI a legitimate company? I've hear the bad, but have ANYONE had their transaction next to OSI go smoothley? I'm so anxious right now! Any reassurance that I didn't freshly loose $2000 would really help. I don't know what to do.
