I purchased some gifts from a web site last hours of darkness. Have a copy of my order # and was informed my statement info had been emailed. Never get it. Tried to log back into the website today to look again at the gifts I had purchased but be not allowed. I'm concerned and it was momentous that the gifts be delivered ASAP! Their custumer service is available only Mon-Fri when I am working. What should I do?

Answer:
Look on your credit card statement or any other info you hold for a confirmation number, phone number to call etc. The company that processes the credit card frequently has contact numbers for the company within question. They won't give you the number, but they may phone call for you.

I ordered some downloadable software online several months ago and could not download it. The credit card processing company contacted the merchant and POOF...instant download.
