Old borders payment card...? i found an old borders gift card i misplaced from something like

i found an old borders gift card i misplaced from something like 8 years ago. according to the card it should have expired but i called the match hotline and the full amount is said to still be on the card.

any idea on if this is a computer glitch or if the card is dead??

Answers: Try using it at the store, if it go through your sweet, if not there be nothing to loose. probably some computer glitch, i suggest you use it as fast as possible

Not a glitch, if they said the card is still dutiful, then it is still good. Try calling a store, or appointment the hotline again if you don't believe it.

in California gift cards can never expire
(its same surrounded by some other states as well
best thing to do is walk to a border and ask
plus you can redeem the card for cash now within California
(you dont have to buy anything) if the card amount is under $50.00
