Not reporting credit? there be a mistake on my credit report on an old vindication

there be a mistake on my credit report on an old vindication .the company said they fixed this by calling equifax .However they never fixed it they just told equifax to nick it completely off my credit report.Over 12k following this hurt my score overpoweringly b/c prior to them taking this off they reported a suitable loan as bad. I call equifax and they said the company must fix this themselves but in the meantime they haven't fixed it and its be going on since feb.Is there anything justifiably that I can do to force them to report this as a good credit again ?
It looks like you inevitability local help... Contact them via your County or District Attorney (they will help). They can product a scathing report to Equifax.

You don't hold grounds to dispute anything. If they are reporting inaccurate info on your report consequently yes, you have a valise.

There is no law requiring a creditor to report anything to a credit bureau.
