I have be hired for full time hours but have all the same completed a full two weeks on this new assignment in the second four months. My manager is accomadating others who have been on the hang about list to work surrounded by our department therefore shorting me contained by hours. I have have problems with this employer since I get hired to name a few unorganized work and training calendar, I have be placed with two horrible preceptors, have to switch shifts and re learn everthing adjectives over again therfore starting orientation adjectives over again. I am considering looking for a new post already, should I ?

I come up with you should look for another job because they really didn't endow with you a set schdule and why should you go through that position again and relearn everything again?

I would...the agreement was for you to own a full time position. If they are not giving you the hours and benefits you need, you obligation to find them somewhere else. Good Luck
