Need give a hand on the collections within my credit history? Hi, I had a T-mobile nouns which i cancelled on

Hi,

I had a T-mobile nouns which i cancelled on Feb 1 week. There was a 200$ impulsive termination fee. I submitted documents for rash termination eaiver . I left the country and i be out of the country for 4 months. When i came pay for now, i saw my narrative in collections. It looks approaching the documents were not processed properly and also i could not be contacted. I go to the collection agent and paid the amount surrounded by full. Now t-mobile processed the document and they have refund my early termination allowance.
But the collections record stays contained by my credit report.

What should i do to get the collections transcript out of my credit report.

Thanks Hi there,

You stipulation to get your credit report first. Then Dispute the item to the bureau. Send it by snail communication. Then if bureau ask for the documents remember to provide the photocopy not the original documents.

I hope it backing
Request a copy of your credit report from annualcreditreport.com. Then, contact respectively of the 3 main agencies and explain the situation. You will obligation proof that you sent in the imaginative paperwork before the side was sent to collections. You will also want to contact the collection agency and pursue that avenue. Neither of these is a guaranteed fix, but any of them might work. Good luck.

Answers:    Dispute it with the CRA - they may not demonstrate since it is paid.
I have a work history within the collection industry. First, FTC web site. Go to contact for Fair Credit Reporting. Get the addresses of adjectives 3 bureaus and file a dispute next to each. State that they are reporting wrong information and you will seek damages if it is not removed. They will remove it temporarily while awaiting a response from the collection agency. Also, distribute a letter to the collection agency and bring up to date them that the account is singular paid to stop endeavour while you waited for their client to sort through their history and make the appropriate corrections. You own reported this to the FDCPA and will sue for your remedies if they do not remove it immediately and dispatch you proof of the deletion. Send the notice near a "notation" cc to T Mobile. The argument will be that you paid the debt and for this reason it is an accurate statement. Reply, "No, you paid the bill to stop the collection process until T Mobile found their paperwork and issued a reimbursement."
