Well this is weird! my credit card company have not withdrawn the monthly payment for several months. It have shown up negatively on my credit report. I called my ridge and I have have more than enough money contained by my account during the entire spell. What should I do? The credit card company is not willing to work next to me saying that it's not their problem. I am liable to do what it take to return with the mark removed as I intend on purchasing a clean home in a few months.

What you should is look at your credit card statement every month. That is your responsibility. It's not their opportunity to baby sit you.
