I few days ago I got my credit report,after numerous attempts to get hold of a credit card.A capital one credit card showed up on my report as a denial balance,the credit card belongs to my brother who is surrounded by high arts school and cant afford to pay it.I be wondering how is it possible my borthers credit card info showed up on my report?Can I sue the credit card company for damaging my credit?Would my credit be ok after I dispute these charges?
