Answers:    Depends on the dealer. They might be fine with it or they might donate you the loan but with a crappy interest rate. Probably won't get turned down though - they want to vend the car!

But remember car dealer aren't necessarily the only or even the best option for financing. Try a credit association or a community bank. Whoever gives you the best jargon should win.
