It is eligable for a 17years out-of-date student to enjoy a credit card?

if you mean illegal( against the law) I dont think so
I farted, you idiot!
You will requirement an adult co-signer.
no and the reason why is because you cannot sign any official documents until you are the age of 18 sry.
Yes, but you will probably obligation to be on someone else's account unless you can prove an income
Unless you are an "emancipated minor" you would probably own to have the permission of your parents as credit cards involve implied contracts and surrounded by order for them to be legal you enjoy to be at least 18 years old. I am not spot on about the emancipated minor exception, but if you are 17 why would you need a credit card? You are better bad NOT to use one unless you know how they really work and are responsible enough to handle one.

In the United States, contracts signed by minors under 18 are negated or voidable. In other words, they are not enforceable by the bank. The exception is when money has be used for the "necessaries" like food, shelter, etc. If you apply for a credit card and after checking your credit report the bank issues one to you -- more power to you. There is nought illegal about it, and the dune takes on a huge risk, but that's their problem. Under most terms and conditions, however, the dune retains the right to close your account at any time and demand transmittal. If you charge up the card and the bank pulls the plug, you might have a problem.

Good luck.
