But since I let him use it, I haven't nonetheless heard from him. Is near a way to hold action for this? I really inevitability my money back, I trusted this personality, but now it shows I probably shouldn't enjoy.
Don't distribute your stuff out like that. Ignorance is bliss.

Answers:    Well.this is an expensive lesson. About the only recourse you hold is to sue the person within small claims court for the money.
obtain them to sign an agreement or take them to court, at hand aren't that many option for someone who won't pay
I sure hope you have revise your lesson from this! Cause you will be paying it your self. See if you can take him to court. But its going to cost.
I agree, an expensive lesson. Don't ever consent to someone else use your credit card. I'd be knocking on his door!!
You should ring up your friend and tell him/her that you involve your money back.

Otherwise in attendance is nothing much you can do. Sorry!
You can bring an behaviour in small claims court. Good luck proving it. If he's this sleazy, he'll undoubtedly be of a mind to lie to the deem too.
Rob him
I hope you get your card back! Otherwise, he could still be racking up charges! I would check near your bank for diversion, and if he's still charging, have them put a stop on your card. So far as getting your money wager on, you may have to hold him to small claims.
Been there...done that, I recognize how hurt you must feel anyone betrayed by a friend. When it happened to me, I initiated court proceedings, but after realised I would probably never see the money again anyway as he didn't have a work, so I stopped the proceedings, paid the $3,500.00 myself and chalked it up to experience. An expensive lesson learn.
