AFAIK Chase doesn't offer credit cards to relations with doomed to failure credit, or in your baggage no history of credit.

If you've had a wall account for some time, your best bet would be to see if they hold a credit card for you. They may be more likely to adopt since they know your financial habbits.

You may also look into other companys for credit, such as Capital One (yeah, I know many ancestors say they suck, but they do tender credit to bad and unknown risk). You may also try American Express Blue as one-sidedly that was my first card beside no history but I will say that I don't approaching AMEX. It's not accepted everywhere and the service isn't that great.

Bad credit is one of the worst problems to hold... however there exists a solution.
