Nothing has gone far as CCJ or IVA stage.We are within a desperate financial situation - facing possible bankruptcy and eviction from our privately rented property. We have a bad-credit lender inclined to lend us just enough to tide us over until my husband get a job and I get full time employment. We know we can repay this.However, the company who hold made us the offer require a guarantor with honest credit and in full time employment, which means we are going to hold to ask a friend or family member to guarantee the loan for us.Do adjectives such lenders ask this?

I'm US citizen, looking to get a visa to move to Canada. Will my good credit contained by the USA be recognized in Canada, or will I own to start over? The reason I ask is b/c I used to work for a company and review credit, but in US, Canadians enjoy no history. I am wondering if this works the same if I move to Canada. Thanks for answering!
